Is there any grammar problem in the sentence.

This is from an article of NationalPost: this article is taking about singles buying apartments or condos before they get married. But increasingly, singles not willing, or able, to go it alone are teaming up to buy a home without being in any romantic relationship. Subject: singles . verb:are teaming up object: to buy a home .. what about "not willing , or able, to go it alone" , does it equal to "not willing to go it alone" or "not able to go it alone"? if it is true, can we restate it like " singles that are not willing, or able, to go it alone, are teaming ...." Thanks, basically, i understand the meaning, but i just want to know it from grammar perspective. it is good for writing. thanks,

理论上讲， willing singles, able singles, 也都是正确的表达，只不过不常用而已。再加上这句话后面还有to go it alone, 所以will 和able 后置就更顺理成章了。
