自学了一年了，不过进展不大。于是报了个CPF的班。建议先去图书馆把所有带CD的资料都借来，rip成MP3，倒到iPod里，坚持每天都听。我推荐的有：Teach Yourself Instant French, Hide This French CD, Colloquial French。另外:

iron(iron man)

没事听听Radio Canada (AM 860 in Toronto Area), 或者 Radio France Internationale (online) （在这个阶段主要是练感觉，熟悉法语发音，偶尔能听懂几个单词就已经很不错了。）

wow, 还有俄语基础，那法语应该是小菜一碟。by "小舌音", do you mean the French "trilled R"? i have good news for you, it's NOT popular anymore, and is considered to be a "lower class accent". -iron(iron man); 2009-12-10 {264} (#5740231@0)
you might be interested in this episode of "C'est la vie" podcast.

nowadays, "back of the throat R" is more commonly spoken both in France and Canada (Quebec). to me, the new "R" sounds more like the English "H". (and the H in French is always silent.)

Unfortunately there's an issue between CPF and YRSB (York Region District School Board) which led YRSB to disallow CPF to use the classrooms for free.

The schools offered CPF French classes that I know of were:

惭愧啊，当年一腔热情还专门雇法国老师一对一教授，如今已经差不多都丢了，除了能多看点先锋派文艺片附庸风雅之外没觉得法语有什么真正的用处。不过建议学发音的时候一定要下点本儿找native speaker面授技艺，绝对不是自学能比拟的。 -shimmer128(AGui); 2010-6-10 (#6118861@0)
