In my opinion, I agree the second point of view that building a research center in agriculture. Because there are so many reasons make me take the conclusion, especially for my country, China.

First, the basic substance to which the people need was provided by agriculture. Such as food, clothes, house and other products. So developing agriculture is very important. Second China has the largest number of population in the world. There are so many people need a number of basic substances for living. the request of developing agriculture is especial urge. Third the available cultured space of China is not match to its population, that demand the farmer can produce more products in certain spaces.
