It's an exercise in my company's business writing training. Totally 43 errors inside the memo, how much you can find? Btw, it was an actual official memo sent by one manager in 1998.

SUBJECT: Vacation Schedules

You're recent memo indicating a need for better and
improved Vacation scheduling has been copied and reviewed
by the departments sales staff. We agree that there are need for
improvements. In a recent department metting; we discused the
need for earlier and more specfic reporting of the staffs
vacation requirements and too that end I have developed an
new form including a rational which will enable us to provide the
the information, you have requested and you'll find it
attached.

Part of the problem we were faced with in the passed is
the need for some high maintenance accounts to be serviced by
salesman who are covering for others who are on vacation. The
affect is a schedulling night mare. Is it possible we could meet
next Tuesday following the General Assembly to discuss the
next form. Because I would be interested in your recation and
will value your input. Their seems to be a consensis among my
staff that the new form will very good. Please advise me at

      Part of the problem we were faced (facing or delete were) with (delete) in the passed (past) is (were) the need for some high maintenance accounts to be serviced by salesman who are covering for others who are on vacation. (Due to the fact that salesmen have to cover those who are on vacation, there is a big demand for some high volume maintenance accounts) The
      affect (effect) is a schedulling (scheduling) night mare. Is it possible we could meet
      next Tuesday following (after) the General Assembly to discuss the
      next (attached) form. Because (delete) I would be interested (would like to have ) in your recation (your comments) and
      will value your input (your valuable input). Their seems to be a consensis (consensus) among my staff that the new form will very good (We hope the new form to be helpful to all). Please advise me (delete me) at

          salesman -> sales people or sales person (gender-specific noun is not allowed in newspaper or formal business document according to Ontario local laws)
