他癌症本来好了7，8年了，然后带头打针，不久就癌症复发，据说治好了但不久就辞职省长。不能说绝对是但如果给他第二次机会，估计他也不会打针。

Probably not three times. I would say the first time was cured but covid shot causes his immune system collapse, result in the appearance of 2nd cancer, which never cured till his death.
