A mother and her four children, all newcomers to Canada from Sri Lanka, and a family acquaintance have been identified as the victims of a mass killing in the Ottawa suburb of Barrhaven Wednesday night. The children's father was taken to hospital and is in stable condition. A 19-year-old man is in custody.
