I asked my colleague what's this mean? Here are some explainations:
Sucker, sucks are not regarded as discenity words, well educated people sometimes use them too. For example, we all inevitably receive some phone calls from Bell, Toronto Star or Insurence brokers etc. sometimes, we may encounter someone really tough to get rid of, he/she insists to let you accept his offer or even just an appointment without buying liability. To show our politeness, we sometimes have to accept something we don't want to accept or no interets at all, at that moment, we are 'a sucker.'
